As the founder of EPISL, I have decades of construction experience, including inspection, quality management, and project management. My qualifications include a Red Seal in pressure welding and a Blue Seal in business competency.
Since moving to Vancouver Island in 2018, I’ve brought that experience to residential and commercial renovation work in Victoria and the Westshore. I assess existing conditions, plan the scope, and coordinate qualified designers and trades when needed. My goal is to help homeowners and property managers make informed decisions throughout their projects.
Our Process
Free Consultation
We will conduct an on-site meeting with you to ascertain your objectives and vision. If necessary, our skilled interior designer will be engaged to aid in the design.
Our aim is to comprehend your aspirations and dreams for the space and pinpoint any problematic areas that require attention.
Create a Proposal and Estimate
After meeting with you, we discuss your wants and needs for your renovation project and create an estimate and proposal for the scope of work requested. We ensure that the work you wish to have done is outlined and any potential issues are communicated beforehand.
Provide Proposal and Discuss Revisions
Upon completion of the meticulous preparation of a scope of work, we will proceed to conduct a thorough review with you. This review process will afford you the opportunity to deliberate any revisions or alterations you deem necessary. Any modifications or adjustments to the proposal will be implemented at this juncture.
Agreement
Upon careful review of your proposal, we proceed to execute the scope of work. For the designated work, a request for a deposit to secure our services will be emited.
It is imperative to note that we are fully bonded and insured, thereby providing you with the assurance that the agreed-upon services will be delivered.
Beginning of the Project
Upon commencement of your home renovation project, we are committed to maintaining ongoing communication to ensure that you are consistently updated on all progress. For projects extending beyond a week, we diligently issue an invoice every Friday evening to ensure complete alignment on completed tasks and forthcoming work. Our steadfast commitment to full transparency is aimed at alleviating any concerns and fostering a sense of reassurance for our clients throughout the entire process.
Project Completion
Upon the completion of your project, we kindly request your feedback to ensure your satisfaction with our work. We value the input of our esteemed clients and anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with you on forthcoming home renovation projects.
